From humble origins back in 1989, DMS has evolved into what many consider to be pound-for-pound the most highly performing Kiwifruit Management and Processing operation in the country.
What we do
The secret to DMS’s success is having owners who are also the company’s biggest customers, and a working reputation that attracts the very best people. With an ownership structure that genuinely puts growers first, and the very best people on board, it’s no surprise DMS continues to go from strength to strength.
As well as operating two major post-harvest facilities which are 50% owned by growers and 50% owned by the founding partners Craig Greenlees and Paul Jones, DMS also manages over 100 orchards on behalf of DMS’s owners and clients.
Alongside its Kiwifruit interests, DMS is also committed to the avocado industry with picking, packing, management and lease options available. Underpinned by the philosophy that it’s our job to maximise all our clients returns, our avocado growers benefit from a performance focussed approach typically reserved for kiwifruit growers.
When your owners are your toughest clients and critics, the standard gets set high, and that’s why more and more growers refuse to settle for anything less than DMS.
